SHIPPING POLICY
Where We Ship
Seagreen Nutrition currently ships to 49 U.S. states. We do not ship to California. If you are a California resident, please do not place an order — any order placed with a California shipping address will be cancelled and refunded in full.
We do not currently ship internationally or to U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or APO/FPO addresses.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of placement. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.
During promotional periods or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. We will communicate any significant delays via email.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
We ship via USPS. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Seagreen Nutrition is not responsible for carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions, when offered, will be applied automatically at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number. You can track your package at usps.com or through the link provided in your confirmation email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. Seagreen Nutrition is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@seagreennutrition.com. We will do our best to correct it before fulfillment, but we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Once a package is transferred to USPS and delivery is confirmed, Seagreen Nutrition is not responsible for delays, losses, or theft. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors or your building's mail area
- Waiting 24 hours — carriers occasionally mark packages delivered early
- Contacting your local USPS post office with your tracking number
If your package is lost in transit before delivery confirmation, please contact us at support@seagreennutrition.com with your order number. We will open a claim with USPS on your behalf and work toward a resolution.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@seagreennutrition.com. Include your order number and a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are processed and shipped on your selected billing cycle. You will receive a reminder email before each renewal. Shipping for subscription orders follows the same processing and delivery timelines above.
If you need to update your shipping address for a subscription, please do so at least 48 hours before your next renewal date by logging into your account at seagreennutrition.com or contacting us at support@seagreennutrition.com.
